Judith Hartke is Co-Founder and Principal Consultant of Clair Consulting Group, advising clients through perceptual insight and intuitive intelligence in complex decision environments.

A graduate of Cornell University, she began her career as a nutrition and management consultant in the dairy industry, advising large-scale operations where data interpretation, operational efficiency, and measurable performance outcomes were central. This foundation in analytical rigor and systems thinking continues to inform her approach to advisory work.

Over the past two decades, Judith has developed a disciplined practice grounded in advanced pattern recognition, behavioral evaluation, and the identification of non-obvious variables in multifactor environments. Her work integrates structured inquiry with refined assessment to illuminate dynamics that may not surface through conventional analysis alone. She has served clients in more than 60 countries, working primarily in private consultation while also advising individuals within corporate, financial, and legal environments.

Her work has included consultative engagement within investment and financial settings as well as dialogue with investigative professionals in sensitive matters.
